At the weekend I had the chance to take my camera to the Motorcycle Show at Tolson Museum in Huddersfield. Organised by the Friends of Tolson & Ravensknowle Park, this event is a highlight in the local calendar, bringing together classic bikes, enthusiasts, and families for a day of celebration.
Capturing the Motorcycle Show at Tolson Museum, Huddersfield
The show, held in the grounds of the Tolson Museum, is now an established tradition in Huddersfield. Each year it showcases an incredible mix of motorcycles, from vintage classics to modern machines, while creating a welcoming community atmosphere. The event was free to attend and visitors came from across Kirklees and beyond.
Alongside the bikes, the day also included stalls and food, making it a great event for both riders and non-riders alike.

As a event photographer in Huddersfield, I went along to capture the energy of the show. It was a fantastic opportunity to practice photographing motorcycles in different conditions, shiny chrome, vibrant paintwork, and the little details that make each bike unique.
