2. What We Sell
We sell:
Digital photographic images (downloads)
Physical photographic prints (where stated)
All images are created by Only 1 Design and remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

4. Digital Downloads
Once payment is complete, digital images will be made available for download via the website or email.
Important:
Due to the nature of digital products:
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Please ensure you are happy with your selection before completing your purchase.

5. Prints & Physical Products
If physical prints are offered:
Sizes, finishes, and prices will be clearly displayed.
Prints are produced to order.
If a print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products
Non-refundable once downloaded.
No refunds for change of mind after access has been granted.
Physical Prints
Refunds or replacements are available only if:
The product is faulty
The product arrives damaged
Change-of-mind refunds are not available for custom or made-to-order prints.

7. Image Usage & Licensing
All images remain the copyright of Only 1 Design.
By purchasing an image, you are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the image.
Images may not be:
Used for commercial purposes
Sold or redistributed
Edited or altered
Shared with third parties
Without prior written permission.
If you require commercial usage, please contact us before purchase.

8. Event, Group & Dog Photography
Photographs taken during:
Public events
Photography walks
Club sessions
Group or dog walks
May be made available for private purchase by participants or owners.
By attending these sessions, you acknowledge that photography may take place and images may be offered for sale. If you have concerns about specific images, please contact us.

9. Limitation of Liability
Only 1 Design is not responsible for:
Loss of digital files after delivery
Compatibility issues with customer devices
Indirect or consequential loss
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

We may update these terms from time to time.
The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
