Winner Selection
– Winner selected at random from valid entries

– If no reply within 7 days, a new winner may be selected

Our Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
– Technical issues
– Lost or incomplete entries
– Incorrect email submissions

10. Photography of Children at Events
Only 1 Design may be asked to photograph children at community, sports, or public events. We are committed to ensuring that all images of children are taken, handled, and stored safely and responsibly.

Lawful Basis for Processing
We will only photograph a child where: Explicit written consent has been granted by a parent or legal guardian, or The event organiser has obtained parental/guardian consent and has confirmed this in writing before the event. Without appropriate consent, no identifiable images of children will be captured or used.

How Children’s Images Are Used
Photographs of children may be used for:
– Providing images to the event organisers
– Marketing materials for the event (only with confirmed parental/guardian consent)
– Only 1 Design’s promotional materials (again, only with explicit parental/guardian consent)
– Children will never be named in photographs unless the parent/guardian has specifically agreed.

Child Safety & Safeguarding
We follow the following safeguarding principles:
– Children will always be photographed in a safe, respectful, and appropriate manner.
– No images will be taken in situations that could compromise a child’s privacy, dignity, or safety.
– We will never publish images that are inappropriate, unsafe, or could identify a child’s location in real time.
– We comply fully with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 regarding child data.

Storage and Security
All photographs containing identifiable minors will be stored:
– After sending edits to Event Organiser, all images will be deleted from all Only 1 Design devices, including originals (after 12 months of the event).
– For no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were taken
– Parents/guardians may request deletion of images at any time.

11. Google Ads Management Terms
1. Scope of Services
Only 1 Design provides Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and ongoing management services. This includes creating and adjusting campaigns, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, ad copy, budgets, and performance tracking.

2. Advertising Accounts & Payment
All advertising accounts (including Google Ads) remain the property of the client.
The client is responsible for providing access to their advertising account and ensuring a valid payment method is attached.
All advertising spend is charged directly to the client’s bank card or payment method by Google. Only 1 Design does not collect, hold, or process advertising budgets on behalf of the client.

3. Budget Adjustments
As part of campaign optimisation, Only 1 Design may recommend or implement changes to daily or monthly advertising budgets in line with agreed strategy.
The client acknowledges that advertising spend may fluctuate depending on campaign performance, seasonality, and agreed objectives.
If specific budget limits are required, these must be agreed in writing prior to campaign changes.

4. No Guarantee of Results
While Only 1 Design applies professional expertise and best practices, digital advertising performance depends on multiple external factors, including competition, market conditions, and platform algorithms.
Results such as clicks, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed.

5. Platform Policies & Suspension
The client is responsible for ensuring their business complies with Google Ads policies.
Only 1 Design is not liable for account suspensions, disapprovals, or restrictions imposed by Google.

6. Limitation of Liability
Only 1 Design shall not be held liable for:
– Fluctuations in advertising performance
– Platform outages or technical errors
– Overspend caused by platform malfunction
– Business losses arising from campaign performance
Liability is limited to the management fees paid for the service period in question.

12. Photography Terms and Liability Disclaimer
1. Ownership & Copyright
All photographs taken by Only 1 Design remain the sole property of Only 1 Design. No club, organization, or individual acquires copyright or usage rights unless expressly granted in a written agreement.

2. Permission to Photograph
By allowing photography at their events or sessions, the club or organization grants [Your Name/Studio] permission to capture and use images for promotional, portfolio, and commercial purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability
Only 1 Design shall not be responsible for:
Any negative publicity, reputational impact, or media coverage related to the club or its members.
Any claims arising from the use, distribution, or display of photographs by third parties.

3. Photo Removal Requests
Requests to remove specific photographs may be considered, but ownership and copyright remain with Only 1 Design. Removal cannot be guaranteed.

4. Acknowledgment
By permitting photography, the club or organisation acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of this policy.

13. Client-Supplied Content & Copyright Responsibility
Only 1 Design may use images, logos, text, and other media supplied directly by the client for use on websites, marketing materials, or digital platforms.

The client confirms that they own the rights to, or have obtained the necessary permissions and licences for, any content provided to Only 1 Design. This includes but is not limited to photographs, stock images, graphics, brand assets, and written content.

Only 1 Design is not responsible for verifying copyright ownership, usage rights, or licensing of materials supplied by the client. The client accepts full responsibility for ensuring that all provided content complies with copyright law and licensing agreements.

Only 1 Design shall not be held liable for any claims, legal action, costs, or damages arising from the unauthorised use of copyrighted or licensed materials supplied by the client.
