Improving the Online Ordering Experience
I recently worked with Longos & Co to optimise their website and improve the online checkout experience for mrwhippy.biz. The goal of this project was simple: make it easier and clearer for customers to place orders online, while increasing confidence at the payment stage.
By reviewing customer behaviour and checkout flow, it became clear that users were getting confused when redirected to log in to PayPal. This created friction and caused hesitation at a crucial point in the purchase journey.

To solve this, I improved the checkout process by introducing multiple payment options. Customers can now choose how they would like to pay, without feeling forced into a single platform.
